I hope this e-mail finds you well. My name is Alberto Riera. I am a protein scientist working for an Australian dairy company called Eden Brew. We are interested in the casein phosphopeptides you are selling, and we would like to buy a batch of 50-100g. However, we have some questions. 

a) Would it be possible to send the material to Australia?

b) What is the purity and quality of these phosphopeptides? We assume that they are a mixture of the phosphopeptides obtained from milk, but are they full size phosphopeptides? Is there a significant contamination from any other casein peptides? What is the proportion of free amino acids? Ideally, it would be great to see some form of analysis of the product, like an SDS page or Mass Spec data.
