I am writing to inquire about your Tris-Biphenyl Triazine product. I represent Bellazuri , a manufacturer based in Uganda , we produce color cosmetics and skin care.
Could you please provide me with information regarding :
•	If you can ship to Uganda or Kenya and would accept payment from any of these countries?
•	If you would deliver a sample to Germany for our R&D headquarters for approval?
•	The minimum order quantity for this product? 
•	If you could send MSDS and COAS documents and any other related technical documents?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you don’t have the same product, to list any other alternatives available.
If possible, I would appreciate a response not further than 27th of Feb.
