DD Shipping Ltd., S.A. of Panama (the Company) was incorporated in 2001 in Panama as a ship management company and has been continuously growing during following years. Its early shipping activity began from chartering of “river-sea” type of vessels and their operation in Asia-Pacific region. In a shortwhile the Company switched to sea-going bulk carriers and rapidly increased fleet under its management, which currently consists of seven (6) sea-going bulk carriers of 25,000 – 35,000 dwt built during 2007-2012 for trading worldwide, to wit:
