I`m looking for a manufacturer that can manufacture military grade trinitrotoluene (TNT). I have a client that requires 300MT for the first order, with more pending on the success of delivery, price, and packaging. If your company can manufacture such quantities, can you:
•	Offer a price per Kg? 
•	Shipping Incoterms
•	Packaging MSDS (Photos)
•	Timeline for manufacturing what quantities?
•	Can you scale up if necessary?
