4. Safety & Compliance
The product must comply with:

EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (if for sunscreen)

India’s BIS standards (if applicable)

IMDG Code for safe sea transport (Class 9, UN3077)

Non-negotiable: No substitution with lower-grade ZnO.
