My name is Davide Albiero and I’m writing on behalf of Stagnoli Gears, an Italian manufacturer of technical components for the industrial sector. We are currently evaluating new suppliers for injection molding materials, specifically:

PA6 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced – Black (Industrial grade) our cod X10A22

PA6 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced – Natural / Neutral (High mechanical resistance) our cod X10A01

We use these materials in large volumes annually, with an estimated consumption of:

Black: 100–120 tons/year

Natural/Neutral: 60 tons/year

Please find attached the technical datasheets that we are currently using as reference for both materials.

For the black grade, we require an industrial-level material with minimum tensile strength between 110–120 MPa. For the natural grade, we require a higher minimum mechanical resistance, as specified in the attached technical data.

As you may understand, our cost expectations for the black material are more aggressive, since we use it in high volume and operate with narrower margins. We are already importing steel and finished products from China, so we are very familiar with logistics and import procedures.

At this stage, we kindly ask you to send us a quotation under FOB terms for both materials (per ton), and to confirm your technical specifications and available documentation (e.g., export license, RoHS/REACH conformity, material datasheets, etc.).

Once pricing and conditions are aligned, we can proceed with sample evaluation and internal validation. We also have a trusted agent who travels to China twice a year, and in case of interest, we would be glad to visit your facilities for further discussions.

Please do not quote us V0 grade or strange grade, only standard PA+Fiberglass as indicated.
