We are floating here our next RFQ for ‘ULTRA-LOW PHOSPHOROUS SEMI COKE FOR USE IN FERRO ALLOYS MANUFACTURING’ requirement of 3000 MT (10-30 mm) for shipment around end of September, 2025.

We would request you to please send us your best competitive offer for supply of 3000 MT Semi Coke (Break bulk cargo 10-30 mm) CIF Kolkata port (CIF FILO CQD Basis ) with the following specifications, terms and conditions 

Commodity : ULTRA-LOW PHOSPHOROUS SEMI COKE FOR USE IN FERRO ALLOYS MANUFACTURING

Over (+) 30 mm size fraction within 5% max is one of the prime criteria and to be reflected in the SGS certificate.

Note : As per latest notification of Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Govt. of India – Import of Coke with Phosphorus content upto 0.030% with size upto 30 mm with 5% size tolerance for use in Ferro Alloys manufacturing is allowed and beyond the above mentioned specification, it is restricted. Therefore, the specification mentioned in the ‘Rejection’ column is strict & firmed and no alteration of the same is allowed.

•	Inspection & Weighment : SGS at Load Port at Seller’s cost and SGS at Discharge Port at Buyer’s cost.
•	Documents : All the shipping documents including BL are required to be mentioned with the commodity name “ULTRA-LOW PHOSPHOROUS SEMI COKE FOR USE IN FERRO ALLOYS MANUFACTURING”
•	Claims: Quality claim based at discharge port analysis results by SGS and & Quantity claims as per Kolkata Port weighbridge during despatch of cargo from Kolkata Port duly certified by CHA at discharge port.
•	Price will be on CIF FILO CQD Basis Kolkata Port, India
•	Payment : 100% CAD basis.
•	Shipment : End of September 2025.

We would prefer the offer to reach to us by 18th August with offer validity upto 26th August 2025.
