We are a Russian company launching peptide production facility. We need freeze drying equipment for lyophilization of peptide raw materials (purchased as purified solutions → freeze-dried into stable powder). Product to be dried: Peptide solutions (water-based, with cryoprotectants: mannitol, sucrose, trehalose) Batch size: 2–10 liters per batch (laboratory to pilot scale) Final product: Freeze-dried powder in vials Required specifications: Condenser temperature: ≤ –50°C (preferably –80°C) Vacuum: ≤ 0.1 mbar Shelf temperature range: –40°C to +40°C Shelf area: 0.5–2 m² Vial capacity: 500–2000 pcs of 10mL vials per batch CIP/SIP capability: preferred but not mandatory for lab scale Compliance: ISO/GMP-ready design preferred Quantity: 1 unit for pilot testing, potential order of 2–3 units within 12 months Delivery: CIF Saint Petersburg, Russia or FOB China port Payment terms: T/T, 30% advance, 70% before shipment (negotiable) Required documents: CE certificate, operation manual in English, installation and training support Please provide: Technical datasheet Quotation (FOB and CIF) Delivery time Warranty terms References of peptide/pharma clients Video or photos of equipment in operation
